In this seminar Dr. Robert Graham and health coach/yoga/meditation instructor Julie Graham will weave together the art and science of meditation. Dr. Graham will help participants understand the meditating mind and brain, while Julie will lead an experiential meditation session.
They will explain the concept and practice of their FRESH approach to health & wellness, which is an innovative medical model that focuses on Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep, and Happiness.
The team at Physio Logic, along with Dr. Graham and Julie Graham, understands that lifelong health and wellness requires a commitment to adopting healthy eating and living habits, and meditation is a key component.
The “R” in FRESH stands for Relaxation: Our own ability to listen has deepened through our personal practice of self-care and self-awareness skills. With this approach, combining Yoga & Meditation with your own practice, we hope to enhance your ability to manage stress, help heal your metabolism, and offer you a FRESH approach to health.
