A recap of the 2nd annual culinary medicine workshop which united three Chef doctors: Colin Zhu, DO; Robert Graham, MD; and Rani Polak, MD. The topic revolved around how culinary education can innovate community health. It was an EPIC event, which took place in Portland, Oregon, and was sold out for the second time in a row!
